Shipping policy
We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments! All claims must be made with the shipping carrier. USPS insures some lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information says it was delivered, you can open a claim by calling USPS at (800)275-8777.Â
If your order is returned to us due to insufficient address, you will be required to pay a reshipment fee via invoice. Your order will not be reshipped until the fee is paid, reshipment fee ranges depending on the product.Â
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
